Barry Plant Narre Warren, wanted to build on their customer concierge experience by providing information on each milestone during the buying and selling process. This would keep their clients informed and also providing handy tips to make the experience seamless.
Creating a series of explainer videos was the ideal solution. Providing clear visual information that both educated but not overwhelmed the clients when each milestone was reached. This created a better customer experience and saved time for the Barry Plant team as the videos can be used for each new client.
