The Greenzone training video series. Providing standardised training for a new product.
With the launch new product, Greenzone wanted to create a series of standardised training videos for the installers, to help them transition from the old method to this new method and product. They also wanted to create a resource of information for their clients to access.
The training videos allowed the business to create a standardised process for the installers. This knowledge made the installers more comfortable and also saved Greenzone time as they didn't need to provide 1-2-1 training or conduct group training seminars.
